Please remember the Lisbon Project does not provide any direct legal or specialist advice and - if you require a lawyer - you must access that more specialist support outside of the Lisbon Project. LP Bridge Team volunteers can support you making initial contact with these other organisations if helpful to you.  Other organisations providing legal support to migrants, asylum seekers and refugees in Portugal:

    Portuguese Refugee Council (CPR)

    CPR is a non-governmental organisation that provides free legal support to refugees and asylum seekers in Portugal throughout the asylum procedure and also at the integration stage.



    High Commission for Migration (ACM), Legal Support Office (Gabinete de Apoio Jurídico)

    The ACM’s Legal Support Office provides free legal support for migrants on migration-related issues, nationality, labour rights, social security, access to rights and justice.

    Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS)

    JRS is an non-governmental organisation providing support and services to migrants and refugees.

    NOBORDER Project at Crescer

    Crescer is a non-governmental organisation that provides free legal and psychological support to refugees and migrants.
