WHAT IS IT?

CTT stores offer various services such as sending and receiving packages, nationally and internationally, money transfers, insurance, investment, and banking options.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE

A. Prepare the delivery

    1. Be aware of any specific rule about dimensions, weight or the packing- You can check here. 
    2. Notice that your delivery will be assessed based on the content and the format:
      Content: Documents / Assets
      Formats: Standardized/ Non-standardized/ Postal Package
    3. If you need, you can buy the packaging at the store. Here you can find the CTT stores nearby. 

    B. Send it!

    Go to the CTT store closest to you. You can pay by card or cash.

    Note: Apart from send, change and track a delivery, it is also possible to clear customs for a parcel.

    To note:

    - Be aware that there are several options to consider when sending and receiving mail, for example, the maximum weight allowed for a letter is 2kg. Anything heavier than that will be considered as a small parcel.

    - It can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days to mail your package. It depends on the service you choose. Express will usually be the fastest method.
