      Who can book appointments on SNS 24 channels?

      Consultations/teleconsultations can be booked by SNS users, whose registered health unit (health centre) provides appointment times through SNS 24.

      When can I make appointments?

      Requests for appointments/teleconsultations can be made:

      • at any time, on the SNS 24 Portal

      • between 7 am and midnight, on the SNS 24 Line

      • within the opening hours of health units and the SNS 24 Counter

      How can I book through the SNS 24 Portal?

      To request an appointment for a consultation/teleconsultation at your health center through the Portal, you must:

      1. access to SNS 24 Portal: here 

      2. in the top right corner, select sign in – learn how to log in: here 

      3. in the side menu, select Queries and references

      4. select Appointment Booking

      5. choose the type of consultation and one of the available times

      6. confirm the order details and select the Confirm booking button

      This service only provides appointment times from the 5th business day (inclusive), counting from the date you are using the platform to make the appointment.
